Local Authors

Liberty Lake Municipal Library includes materials from local authors in our print collections, and we welcome additions. A local author is a person who lives in the Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho area or who has ties to the region that is evident in the work. Materials added to this collection are donated, not purchased. A librarian will determine whether an author's work is appropriate for the collection using the selection criteria in the Collection Development Policy.

If you would like your work to be added to the collection and you meet the eligibility requirements, you may donate a copy in person or through the mail. Please address packages to Collection Services. Due to the volume of materials received, we may not be able to return items not selected for inclusion.
