One such contribution to the Liberty Lake Community would be to develop a Neighborhood Association. Creating, sustaining, or maintaining a Neighborhood Association would be worth its weight in gold, for a growing bedroom community, such as Liberty Lake. It would be a win, win for a city that prides itself on being one city, one community.
