City of Liberty Lake Weekly Update for February 25, 2021

What's Happening In The City Of Liberty Lake?

-Please help us welcome and congratulate Holly Woodruff who was selected and appointed to City Council Position 7 on Tuesday evening!  Thank you to all of the many  citizens who stepped forward and applied for this position!

- Is there a street light out in your neighborhood? Text the word "street light" to 509-255-7445 to report it to City staff. Once the info is received it will go to Avista for repairs.

-The City of Liberty Lake and its citizens want to create a community that is safe and accessible to everyone. To create a better city, we are providing information and assistance opportunities regarding the upkeep of City and homeowner sidewalks!

-The City has an opening for one Streets Maintenance Worker FTE.  See link for more information:

-Harvard Rd Bridge Work has begun! For the latest construction information, please visit:

-City Council awarded a contract to repair Trailhead’s driving range netting.  At this time we expect the range will reopen early to mid-March.

-2021 Utility Tax Rebates forms and criteria are available on the City Website at:

- The Liberty Lake Library is hosting weekly Zoom storytimes on Wednesday's at 10:30 am.

-The Liberty Lake Library will be closed on Thursday February 25th for a staff training. 

-The Liberty Lake Library is offering contact-free holds pickup Monday-Friday from 12-6pm and Saturday from 1-4pm. For more details about the service, contact the library at 509-232-2510.
