Pavillion Park Reservation Information

Pavillion Park is a great place to plan your next birthday party, family gathering, company picnic, wedding or other event.  While the park is open to the public, the Pavilion Structure and Soccer Fields are available to reserve.

To make a reservation at the park, download a reservation application, and submit it to City Hall.

•  Special Event/Vendor Permit Application - May be required depending on the type and size of your event.

  Reservations are currently being accepted for the remainder of 2008.
  
  Reservations for Apr-Dec 2009 can be made beginning April 1, 2009.
  
  Reservations cannot be made earlier as we need to confirm the Friends of Pavillion Park concert and movie schedules and reservations cannot be made over the phone.
  

Friends of Pavillion Park Information

The Friends of Pavillion Park (FOPP) is a non-profit organization.  This organization is dedicated to promoting a sense of pride by providing the Liberty Lake community with opportunities for recreation, entertainment and the arts.

Friends of Pavillion Park is in charge of the following events in the park:

• Free movies in the Park
  
  
• Free concerts in the Park
